Gute Jacke aber nicht perfekt

Jacke is zwar echt warm und der Stoff fühlt sich gut an. Reißverschluss hängt aber bei mir manchmal. Hab die Jacke zurückgeschickt und ne neue bekommen, also Kundenservice is echt ok.
