Packstation parcels are limited to 60×35×35 cm.
Large orders & freight
For orders above 3 cartons or 70 kg we offer professional freight forwarding:
- Tail-lift — Add at order for sites without a loading ramp.
- Time-window delivery — Preferred delivery window, carrier calls in advance.
- Notification — All freight deliveries are pre-notified by phone.

Customs & import duties (non-EU)
For shipments outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, …) additional fees may apply:
- Customs duties — Levied by the destination country based on order value, type of goods, country of origin.
- Import VAT — Due in the destination country, usually corresponds to local VAT.
- Handling fees — Some carriers charge a service fee for customs processing.
Costs are borne by the recipient unless agreed otherwise. We provide proper commercial invoices and CN22/CN23 forms.
For Swiss customers: Shipments are sent by default as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) depending on order value. Other Incoterms on request.
