Right of Withdrawal
Transparent information on withdrawal and return rights for our business customers. The legally binding version is the German one below; this English text is for information only.
§ 1 – No statutory right of withdrawal
Our online shop is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. This includes companies, organisations, associations, agencies, freelancers and self-employed persons acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB is reserved exclusively for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB and does not apply to contracts between entrepreneurs.
Legal basis: Since all orders in our shop constitute commercial transactions between entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Registration is only possible with a valid proof of business – consumer orders therefore cannot be placed for technical reasons.
Should it turn out that an order has been placed by a consumer contrary to our terms of use, we reserve the right to contest the contract.
§ 2 – Voluntary return (goodwill)
Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal, we offer our business customers a voluntary return option on fair, transparent conditions. This is a goodwill commitment which does not establish any legal claim.
Voraussetzungen für die Rückgabe
- Registration of the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods via our returns portal
- Goods are unused, unworn and in perfect condition
- Original packaging is complete and undamaged
- All labels, tags and accessories are still present
- The goods must be in a resaleable condition
Von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen
- Individually customised items (printed, embroidered, engraved or otherwise personalised)
- Hygiene items whose seal has been removed (e.g. underwear, hats with hygiene protection)
- Opened packaging in the case of items that are sealed for reasons of hygiene
- Custom-made products and goods cut to the customer's specifications
- Goods with visible signs of use, soiling or damage caused by the customer
Ablauf der Rückgabe (Schritt für Schritt)
- Register the return: Set up the return via our returns portal and state the reason.
- Receive the returns label: After approval, you will receive a shipping label by e-mail.
- Package the goods: Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Shipping: Hand over the parcel to the specified shipping service provider within 5 business days of approval.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we check the goods for completeness and condition (usually within 3 business days).
- Credit note: Upon successful inspection, you will receive a credit note amounting to 75% of the value of the goods. The 25% processing fee covers handling, inspection and restocking costs.
Processing fee: 25% of the net value of the returned goods. The credit note therefore amounts to 75% and is refunded to the original payment method.
§ 3 – Sample orders
We know that you often want to hold products in your hands before ordering larger quantities. The following rules apply to sample orders:

- Orders that are expressly marked as samples during the ordering process or via customer service
- As a rule, single items or small quantities (max. 3 pieces per article) for assessment
- Up to 2 sample orders per customer per month are possible
Konditionen
- Return within 14 days of receipt
- Processing fee: 25% (analogous to a regular return)
- In suitable cases, a purchase voucher for 25% of the value of the returned goods can be issued – for example if you subsequently place a larger order
- Samples must be returned in their original, undamaged condition
§ 4 – Complaints & defects
In the case of justified complaints (incorrectly delivered, damaged or defective goods), we do not charge a processing fee. The statutory warranty rights under §§ 434 ff. BGB apply.
Was ist ein berechtigter Mangel?
- The goods deviate from the agreed condition (wrong colour, wrong model, wrong size)
- The goods show production defects (material defects, faulty seams, printing errors)
- The goods were damaged in transit (visible damage to the parcel or contents)
- Parts are missing which should have been included according to the item description
Fristen und Beweislast
- Duty to inspect: Please inspect the goods for obvious defects without delay upon receipt (§ 377 HGB)
- Reporting deadline: Obvious defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt, otherwise the goods shall be deemed approved
- Burden of proof: In the B2B sector, the burden of proof for the existence of a defect at delivery lies with the Buyer
- Warranty period: 12 months from delivery (shortened pursuant to § 438 para. 1 No. 3 BGB in conjunction with our GTC)
Ablauf einer Reklamation
- Report the defect via our returns portal, the contact form or by e-mail
- State your order number and attach meaningful photos of the defect
- After inspection, you will receive return instructions or, where applicable, replacement goods directly
- For justified defects, we cover the return shipping costs
Customised goods: A complaint is only possible if the defect was demonstrably present before customisation. Defects arising from the customisation process itself (e.g. customisation carried out by the customer) are not covered by the warranty.
§ 5 – Cancellation before dispatch
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge.
- Contact us as quickly as possible by e-mail or via your customer account
- State the order number
- Goods that are already in production (in particular customised items) can no longer be cancelled
- In the case of a successful cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded in full
Tip: You can view the current shipping status of your order in your customer account at any time. Once the status changes to "Shipped", free cancellation is no longer possible.
§ 6 – Partial returns
You can also return individual items of an order without having to return the entire order.
- Simply select the relevant items when setting up the return
- The processing fee (25%) is only calculated on the value of the returned items
- The other items in your order remain unaffected
- Please only return items that have been registered – unregistered items cannot be processed
