Description

Discover the versatile CAD-CUT® Basic Film Flex Film! This polyurethane (PU) flex film impresses with its matte surface and optimal opacity. It is ideally suited for plotting large designs and numbers, thanks to the non-adhesive carrier. With the CAD-CUT® Basic Film Flex Film, you can also easily create multi-coloured prints. The application temperature is 160°C, the time is 10 seconds, and the pressure should be medium.

The flex film is recommended for materials such as 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester (please test beforehand) and polyester-cotton blends. Multi-coloured designs can also be implemented by applying the background for 3-5 seconds and then cold peeling the carrier. These steps should be repeated for each additional colour, with the last colour being applied for 18-20 seconds. It is advisable to test the cutting settings before production.

The CAD-CUT® Basic Film Flex Film is washable up to 60°C and suitable for tumble drying on a gentle setting. Please do not use fabric softeners or bleach, and wash the material inside out. Store the flex film in a cool, dry environment and avoid direct heat or sunlight.
